Pros

International travel for some employees, CEO Naj was very kind, but she was one of the few (or only) out of the leading staff that treated junior staff members with respect and trust.

Cons

Terribly negative and micro-managing environment. Further, senior management was extremely hypocritical in its expectation for staff. We had new staff trainings in which we were meant to read a book on trust and the importance on maintaining trust within a work environment. Meanwhile, employees were treated miserably and not trusted with basic tasks such as sending emails to clients. When people were fired, senior staff made jokes about the situation. This was my first job out of university and now that I've seen other companies, I can't believe I decided to work here for more than a week or ever took them seriously.

Pros

LSI requires you to be flexible with your work schedule, and in turn, they are willing to work around yours as well. For the most part, the staff is great and very easy to get along with. It's a relaxed working environment where you have direct contact with upper management and you can take on as much as you want and requests projects you really like.

Cons

Erratic schedules can make it difficult to make plans in advance outside of work. Also the biggest turnoff is the pay and the fact that how much or how well someone works doesn't match up with how much they get paid. Consequently, someone who doesn't work as much as you do can end up getting paid more.

Pros

Nothing. Oh wait, Tiff's Treats.

Cons

Google Spinnaker Financial VS Logistical Solutions International. Civil suit for 4.2 million dollars for racketeering and corrupt organizations. This was the most unethical job I've ever been at. I was forced to lie on official documents. I was forced to use my own name to wire money to the middle east. I was paid an unfair wage for the work that was required of me. There's not enough space here to extol the cons. From fraudulent invoices to racketeering to not paying your employees to the abusive nature of John Elsner, I hope you all get what you deserve, which is a prison sentence.
