      Pros

      Loved it here - such a supportive, inclusive place to work. Great people, diverse workforce, flexible policies, and interesting scope of work

      Cons

      A little too flexible sometimes - hard to get decisions made quickly between so many people, not everyone in very often

      Pros

      Great location in San Francisco. VERY friendly supervisors who are happy to talk to you and actually get to know you. Because the office is so small (two VPs and you + maybe more interns), you get to learn a lot and work closely with the VPs. Great opportunity.

      Cons

      The work that you do is not the most exciting stuff. It primarily consists of company research which DOES enable you to learn more about different industries (especially in the start-up field), it gets repetitive and mundane.
