Uninhibited work environment but poor management and policies - Sourcing Specialist Long Motor Corp Employee Review

Cut sick time so illnesses spread like wildfire. Only 40 hrs total for time off. Management is terrible at not only communicating with those under them but even amongst themselves. New procedures pop up with no one knowing but they are expected to somehow know about them. If you can find better, do so
