Uninhibited work environment but poor management and policies

If you do your job well you are pretty unbothered

Cons

Cut sick time so illnesses spread like wildfire. Only 40 hrs total for time off. Management is terrible at not only communicating with those under them but even amongst themselves. New procedures pop up with no one knowing but they are expected to somehow know about them. If you can find better, do so

Just cut sick time completely so that's 40 hours of time off gone and increased medical premiums
