Great learning experience with a locally known name backed by a larger company. - Accounting Department Long Realty Employee Review

There was some turnover in this department which made it difficult to have any consistency. The culture in the department was very uncomfortable. A direct supervisor would walk by my place in the office and have dirty looks which made for a hostile work environment.
