Pros

Good support, supportive culture, fun environment, powerful tools, good updates to technology, numerous classes and learning opportunities, great community presence and reputation, good back office support, numerous physical offices, and being able to network with top agents in the area.

Cons

VERY expensive (if the not THE most expensive), brokers not always accessible, some methods of doing business are outdated and not focused on the future, some classes are redundant or not focused on what agents want or need to learn the most, more focused on branding the company rather than the agent's own business/brand/name, bland somewhat outdated office spaces/cubicles, lack of support for team's (likely the future of real estate), lack of hyper-focused business building education (for instance generating social media leads on Facebook), lack of one-on-one coaching/support, overall, the ROI of commissions paid to the company is hard to be discerned.

Pros

The supervisors/managers in the beginning were great. They would mentor other employees and with this there were opportunities to advance.

Cons

There was some turnover in this department which made it difficult to have any consistency. The culture in the department was very uncomfortable. A direct supervisor would walk by my place in the office and have dirty looks which made for a hostile work environment.
