Owners don't care about staffs well being Constant redundancies and stripping back off employee benefits No pay reviews or rises for going on 7 years now Outsourcing roles to india Employee surveys are not listened to so why bother doing them in the first place. This is blamed on private ownership however the truth is the owners are greedy and don't care about normal pay structure so why should employees put effort in?
