Pros

Not sure, but I need to enter 5 words for the minimum. Nice people, I guess?

Cons

Loop seemed like a nice company at first. Great people. But what they didn't disclose is an at least 6 months "training program" where you are only paid via commission. no base salary, nothing. If you have a sense of self-respect, stay away.

Thanks very much for the feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. We'll try our best to answer the issues you have. Firstly, Glassdoor approves and monitors all reviews, and removes any it considers 'fraudulent', so any you see here have passed that process. We understand that our company may not be for everyone, but we're pretty proud that so many people are happy to work here, and that's reflected in our reviews. Anyone who applies for a job at our company has the option to have training, of course, paid training. Most candidates are happy to learn new skills. We can only apologize if you felt like you weren't aware of that, but since you are reviewing us as a former employee we can only conclude that even when you were aware of that, you chose to work with us. We hope that you at least enjoyed some parts of your time with us.

Pros

Loop provides an innovative software solution tailored specifically for automotive shops, revolutionizing the way move services are managed. The platform offers an easy-to-use system that simplifies the scheduling and coordination of vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring minimal disruption for both shops and their customers. By laying a strong operational foundation, Loop enhances efficiency and customer satisfaction, making it an indispensable tool for shops aiming to optimize their services. With a scalable business model and immense potential for growth, Loop is setting a new standard in automotive service management.

Cons

Working at a startup like Loop comes with its unique challenges that can also serve as growth opportunities. The fast-paced environment often requires wearing multiple hats, which can sometimes blur roles and responsibilities. As a growing company, processes and structures are still evolving, which may lead to occasional ambiguity. However, these challenges provide valuable experiences, a sense of ownership, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in shaping the company's future.

Pros

Young crowd with lots of enthusiasm. This seems like a group of people that get along well, work hard, and have fun in the process.

Cons

Lack of clarity regarding what the company actually does. All the positions, whether hr or marketing or business development, seem to be the same. Get trained, recruit new hires, get people on the street to like your client with cheap direct marketing, and repeat. The essence of any position is to start entry level and to work your way up by building your own team. The goal is to eventually manage your own office or branch. At the end of the day, this is a multi level marketing company. Familiar with vector marketing? What about allure? Same concept. It's a very controversial model and companies rarely sustain themselves this way. From what I've heard and researched, there is no base salary and no health benefits. If you're looking to really build a career in marketing or advertising or whatever else Loop says they do, look elsewhere. I wish it was not true, but this company is a scam and all the people working there are either in on it or naive.

Hi there and thanks for the review. We're sorry that you seem to have a negative opinion of our company, but from reading through your review it seems apparent that a lot of your issues are based on hearsay rather than your own experience. It's difficult for us to respond to something like that, because you're not raising a specific issue with our company. For example, "From what I've heard and researched..." It's tough to respond to things you've heard or taken from other people. Then other parts of your review aren't even about us. They are about other companies. Again it's very difficult for us to make any comment on other companies and how they operate. We can really only comment on our own company. What we can say for sure is that we think if you'd given us more of a chance, and carried on with your interview, we think we would have changed your opinion, and we certainly could have responded to any concerns. We're always open to criticism. It's one of the best ways to improve. If you do have any issues with our company specifically please do get in touch and we'll try and help.
