Thanks very much for the feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. We'll try our best to answer the issues you have. Firstly, Glassdoor approves and monitors all reviews, and removes any it considers 'fraudulent', so any you see here have passed that process. We understand that our company may not be for everyone, but we're pretty proud that so many people are happy to work here, and that's reflected in our reviews. Anyone who applies for a job at our company has the option to have training, of course, paid training. Most candidates are happy to learn new skills. We can only apologize if you felt like you weren't aware of that, but since you are reviewing us as a former employee we can only conclude that even when you were aware of that, you chose to work with us.
