As I mentioned on indeed, LordCo stands out for its ethical practices and genuine care for employees. Unlike many companies, they ensure safe working conditions, provide training, and support workers even during the toughest months. For me, working with or buying from a responsible company like LordCo is far more valuable than simply choosing the cheapest option.

Low Wages may be the only downside.

Great coworkers. Everyone is kind and helpful.

Extremely hard labour for very low pay (barely above minimum wage). Everyone looks dead, you can tell people hate their jobs. A very controlling environment with no appreciation for the work associates put in. High turnover as employees are viewed as disposable. Lordco is all about profits - it’s modern day slave labour.
