Strong products with committed leadership - Sales Executive Lotlinx Employee Review

Lotlinx provided a really solid amount of training compared to my last company when it came to onboarding and learning my product. From the upper management down, they've been top class with all meetings and coaching sessions. They don't talk down to anyone and actually try to coach you for success rather than make it a beat down session. Do they expect you to be working hard? Yes. But they provide the tools to help everyone be as successful as they can be. 10/10 Would recommend anyone who's thinking about joining the sales team to do so!

SDR leadership was largely absent when it came to training, development, and day-to-day support. New reps were expected to figure things out on their own with very little guidance. There were also serious workplace incidents involving law enforcement that were not handled in a way that made employees feel supported or reassured by leadership.
