Pros

No bureaucratic nonsense and a solid tech stack — if you're resourceful and creative, you'll find room to run. Compensation is fair, though it depends heavily on where you're based.

Cons

Leadership is VERY weak, top-down culture, high turn over. AI is used without any caution, slop everywhere so expect the unexpected - garbage in, garbage out, at scale. The hybrid policy is rigid and purely performative; show up on time and stay ready to be summoned whenever the C-suite needs an audience. The worst part? Leadership knows morale is in the gutter and does nothing about it.

They are constantly innovating and releasing fantastic new products.

Cons

While no company is perfect, management here is working to remove obstacles and drive continuous improvement.

Pros

You were able to make good money until they changed the commission structure

Cons

SDR leadership was largely absent when it came to training, development, and day-to-day support. New reps were expected to figure things out on their own with very little guidance. There were also serious workplace incidents involving law enforcement that were not handled in a way that made employees feel supported or reassured by leadership.
