      Pros

      Good compensation & benefits. Co-workers are very supportive and collaborative within my department. Very regular hours and workload if you work in corporate (non-IT positions).

      Cons

      Very little formal training provided and no advice on how to grow your career within the company. Little cross-pollination between departments. Foreign nationals seem to be given the most generous compensation and benefits packages.
