Pros
Colleagues always have my back there. Management is really good. Doing well feels very rewarding, and in times you aren’t doing well, there are plenty of opportunities to make up for it.
Cons
Job is challenging, but it’s hard to call that a con. The market is not very luxury oriented, but that also means we have very little competition at our level.
