      Management personnel need to have more insight into what the employees do on a day to day basis. No team leads or supervisor to go to when there's no work. NJ office is over saturated with secretaries and assistants with no work to do.

      Excellent support from colleagues; active affinity groups; compared to other biglaw, LS has a very non-toxic work culture; genuine focus on pro bono and lots of pro bono opportunities; excellent pay (matches lockstop biglaw pay scale)

      Cons

      Like other biglaw, the hours are extremely demanding. All nighters are not uncommon, and you will nearly always be working on the weekend
