      Excellent support from colleagues; active affinity groups; compared to other biglaw, LS has a very non-toxic work culture; genuine focus on pro bono and lots of pro bono opportunities; excellent pay (matches lockstop biglaw pay scale)

      Cons

      Like other biglaw, the hours are extremely demanding. All nighters are not uncommon, and you will nearly always be working on the weekend
