Experienced management is being let go to bring in 30 to 40 something age males that sound and look good but don't have much experience. Promoting disfunctional vice presidents to senior level is very discouraging for all. Little or no recognition for high achievement and significant contribution. SVP and VP's sitting in their offices ignoring what is really happening in their teams and with issues/projects. Its more important how you look and sound than what you deliver.
