Ownership is a delight to work with and always listens to my thoughts and ideas. The company has a track record of recruiting truly excellent talent. Fantastic people to work with. Ownership drives culture including celebrations and acknowledgements which make it feel like a tight community. Wonderful place to work. Couldn't be happier with my decision to work here.

Management turnover makes things difficult. The biggest con is a lack of stability. You're reporting to one person one day and then someone else the next because *surprise* your manager gave 3 weeks notice and ownership keep it secret until the last day.

Very nice, tight-knit company that actually wanted/ tried to put in time for you to learn, which I've heard is a common issue with larger companies

When I got offered the position again later on, there were some financial issues that didn't go in my favor because there wasn't proper documentation on it.
