It was a fun place to work at. The people there was friendly and I enjoy working with my boss and coworkers.

There is none that I can think of.

- Great benefits - Employees stay for a long time - Culture focused on safety - The new GM is really trying to build a new way of running the company in a innovative way

- Being bought out by Mitsubishi has created a confusion of where we are among all the other affiliate companies. Not a lot of communication coming from our parent company, which is not Lucite's fault but does cause lack of transparency - A history of secretiveness , lack of communication, leadership team not in tune with rest of the organization
