Some real growing pains evident by the leadership not being able to make decisions - everyone is micromanaged and the top are involved in every detail. A lot of EGO on the leadership team, don’t dare to question them or have a different opinion. Favoritism - if you’re friends with leadership you’re ok. The Chief of People acts like she runs the company and manipulates the Executives, painting a picture that suits her. If kiss up to her you’ll be ok because she considers you a pawn. But beware of getting on her bad side!
