Good pay Some nice people working there Nice offices
Cons
Some real growing pains evident by the leadership not being able to make decisions - everyone is micromanaged and the top are involved in every detail. A lot of EGO on the leadership team, don’t dare to question them or have a different opinion. Favoritism - if you’re friends with leadership you’re ok. The Chief of People acts like she runs the company and manipulates the Executives, painting a picture that suits her. If kiss up to her you’ll be ok because she considers you a pawn. But beware of getting on her bad side!

I enjoyed learning about the industry and meeting people in the company to learn from. There are some really great people in the company.
Cons
People don't seem happy to be working there. Some employees exhibited unprofessional behavior in emails sent. No career advancement
