Pros

Honestly, I have been so impressed by this company as a whole. Its a fast paced environment and there is a lot to learn - especially if you've never been in sales or healthcare. The training is hands on and tailored to what you need. If you want to grow, learn and challenge yourself - Luma's a great place to be. Leadership is always willing to help answer questions and give advice. The Director of Sales Development is a great leader and truly cares about your success. The team has been a great team to be a a part of - everyone is willing to help each other, share whats working and give insight.

Cons

It's a fast moving company - sometimes change things quick and you have to adapt. It can be challenging, but its a good opportunity to figure it out and roll with it.

Pros

Solid earning potential, clear mission, and supportive leadership.

Cons

In a quota carrying role, numbers don't lie. 100% remote company so it's harder for leadership to see how best to support you unless you are an open communicator. If you don't ask for help and you are not performing, you get let go.

Pros

Sales was a major career switch for me and I do not think I would have been successful in the transition without the amount of thorough training and support I received. I've never received as much training for any other position. My manager was thorough in onboarding, but continues to be a valued resource for me a full year later. I value the open communication/transparency and truly feel like everyone in the company wants me to succeed in my role. The SDR team as a whole is very supportive and encouraging of each-other and I am grateful we are able to find that level of support even though we are all remote.

Cons

There is always going to be a certain level of stress that comes with any job that has a quota - but with that I will say that the team I work with is very supportive and my manager always is willing to help/guide to ensure success
