Pros

The core of the team are easy going people. Young team but eager. The rest of the company is great as well...small and cozy 40 people. CEO is approachable and he shows that he truly cares about his staff.

Cons

The lack of leadership within the sales team is apparent from day 1. We as new hires found ourselves treading water to stay afloat in a system where the leadership is all talk and no action. I wish I was warned before I joined the company. Within my first week for I realize that there is no onboarding or training. We were brought on only to be left on an island to fend for ourselves. I slowly realize there was huge favoritism and if you don't drink the kool aid, you are not welcome on the team. I didn't feel I was set up for success for supported. As a warning, if you are desperate for a job, this will take up space on your resume but don't count on it lasting with the way things are going. If you have a decent job, don't leave. It really isn't worth it. The salesforce data is so bad that you end up wasting your time calling the wrong people, which defeats the purpose. If you decide to join the sales team at this stage, expect reading google docs and listening to demo recordings for product training.

Pros

The people, managers, and leadership are what make it all worthwhile. It’s a fast-paced and challenging job, but those three areas truly set it apart. My manager has supported me since day one and has been a champion of my growth. The company promotes from within, and if you have career goals, they will invest in you and provide the training needed to help you achieve them. The people are amazing and incredibly supportive. Being fully remote is also one of the best parts of the job!

Cons

The learning curve for both the product and the healthcare industry can be challenging, and it’s not for the faint of heart. It’s a fast-paced environment and can be a grind at times, but you’ll have plenty of support around you to help you succeed and achieve great results!

Pros

Sales was a major career switch for me and I do not think I would have been successful in the transition without the amount of thorough training and support I received. I've never received as much training for any other position. My manager was thorough in onboarding, but continues to be a valued resource for me a full year later. I value the open communication/transparency and truly feel like everyone in the company wants me to succeed in my role. The SDR team as a whole is very supportive and encouraging of each-other and I am grateful we are able to find that level of support even though we are all remote.

Cons

There is always going to be a certain level of stress that comes with any job that has a quota - but with that I will say that the team I work with is very supportive and my manager always is willing to help/guide to ensure success
