There is a lot of mobility in the design team. If you have an interest in a using or learning a particular skillset, you're supported and encouraged to try new things. You aren't pigeonholed.
Cons
It's growing really fast, which comes with growing pains and sometimes uncomfortable changes. But if you're adaptable and willing to work hard to keep the fun, caring culture alive, then it's worth it.
