Pros

It is a job and some people there are nice.

Cons

CEO tries to implement a 'culture' change but really just bows to the board. Would be better if she was just honest about all the layoffs vs. trying to shove her celebrity crush Brene Brown down everyone's throats. Management still leads by fear tactics with middle management afraid to speak up. Lower end sales employees prodded to sacrifice their morals just to make a sale. Nobody really seems to care though, they will just bring in people from outside with promise of greener pastures ahead...

Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

Pros

work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

Cons

No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
