      Pros is they have hybrid office

      Cons

      When I join there where many but over the times things has changed there management things with AI only they can do everything, no proper hikes or clear communication on promotion cycle no any other benifits that most of MNS gives like lunch , cab facility, or even team lunch they even not doing the bare minimum.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
