      Micromanagement Managers that were promoted for who they know and have never even been in outside sales Lack of vision of company Dysfunctional and slow

      Pros

      Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

      Work from home is only pro

      Cons

      So many issues. No raises. Layoffs everywhere. When those happen you have to do extra work (no additional pay) Toxic culture Leaders are DINOSAURS who should be cut. C suite delusional on growth expectations Run away from this place and don’t ruin your career.
