      Benefits and market position makes it a force to be reckoned with

      As in all corporate structures.. each rep is a number and closing a center for the bottom line is not unheard of.

      Pros

      Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely, wanting too share knowledge or learned skills with AI.

      Cons

      Treat people more like independent contractors and don't have centralized places to find information that it needed. There SharePoint sites are not easy to navigate.
