      Pros

      Note: All pros and cons are of "Centurylink India, Noida" 1. Enough time for self-study. 2. You will find co-workers more friendly. 3. You can discuss your problems with the manager but remember they are not going to be fixed. 4. Cab facility. 5. Seats are big enough.

      Cons

      1. If you want to do programming this is not the correct place. 2. Growth?! what's that? 3. Intelligent peers are rare. 4. Timing might be flexible but you cannot choose it. 5. No food !! 6. No cutting technology. 7. Only carrom and chess as games. 8. Oh! I forget an important thing your workstation will be a piece of junk(core2duo are you kidding me?! You can buy that processor with just Rs700). 9. And many more...

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
