Pros
Regardless of other comments pay is good (historically higher than average for Denver) generally. Located downtown for moat positions in Colorado...although the CEO would like to change that to have more jobs in Monroe...a very bad choice. Work/life balance is good; but requires the individual to manage it.
Cons
Company lacks a strategic vision, have decided what they will excel at..a competitive advantage. Leadership is not in touch with the realities of the business and market, or at least that is the perception. Company is penny wise and pound foolish due to the dividend commitment they have made. Employee moral is at an all time low due to cuts in everything while management still pays themselves very handsomely...but I guess that is the new way.
