      Pros

      Workers are fun people. Good benefits. Still have 401k. Decent pay. Good union.

      Cons

      Managers are yes men/women who don't have a clue how to do the job. They are poorly trained to lead and basically just try to stay invisible. No knowledge or help if you have a problem. You are just a number in this company.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
