      Pros

      People are generally friendly and pleasant to work with; desire to keep things not overly complicated and be bogged down in complicated procedures and processes.

      Cons

      Small town Louisiana executives running a major corporation. Small company perspective not appropriate for the size and complexity of the entire corporation. Headquarters in Monroe, LA and salary structure limiting in terms of the talent at the senior executive level.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
