      Pros

      Work environment is very good and teams are very helpful. Workload is well balanced. Domain like Telecom and Networking has good exposure. Job security is very high and compensation is also good.

      Cons

      Technologies learning is not much as most projects are in maintenance phase or need more domain expertise. Onsite opportunities are less for junior positions.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
