The quality of the employees and coworkers is above par.
Cons
Very process heavy. Not able to make decisions without management input. CTL talks a lot about its “unifying principles” but does not back them up with their actions. Overall my experience with CTL was not positive, I didn’t feel respected not did I feel as if the company was concerned with its employees.
