      annual bonuses (not guaranteed), good PTO, friendly co-workers

      Cons

      no raises, even for cost of living. Negotiate for a very high salary that you will be happy with for a few years before accepting a position. All work starts at a contract through CHC, which may make it more difficult to negotiate the higher wage.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
