      Pros

      Sales people are paid pretty well. Good benefits. Hours are good. In my final year I was earning $40k.

      Cons

      After 4 years still no advancement opportunity. Not much mobility in sales. I saw 1 ONE person get advanced in 4 years. We received our monthly sales quotas mid-month! Sales quotas could increase at anytime without notice or reason.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
