      Pros

      Some people love this company and stay their entire life, the group i work in is very well paid

      Cons

      the group i work for is run by an incredibly micro manager. poor leadership skills and employees are treated like kindegartners. zero work life balance, we are never allowed to work from home, even if there is a blizzard outside. horrible employer if you have a family.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
