Pros

Time off is good and good people to work with.

Cons

IT is pretty bad these days in Fletcher org. Impossible to move to different groups. People are stuck in jobs/groups they really shouldn't be in and no way to move to better suited positions. They would rather RIF you than use common sense. New SVP and VP do not care about people at all and make it a bad environment. We no longer have yearly merit increases. You get a raise when your manager wants to give you one or not. Not a single raise in 4 years. They reviewed salaries and most got a bump in bonus potential, that we will never reach anyway so pretty useless. If you are in IT you can do better than here.

Pros

Work/life balance, generous paid time off, flexibility to get to appointments as needed, a revamped short term incentive program. Lumen's leadership has really transformed the culture and put the company on a form foundation for growth.

Cons

They are still working on systems integration and combining the multiple companies that were merged into the current company. Leadership has made it a priority to invest the resources necessary to integrate the systems, workflow management. At this point the changes are starting to become evident.
