Pros

Attempt at family atmosphere and feigning interest in employees near HQ. Focus on strategic growth provides far better prospects than competitors.

Cons

Clear preferential treatment to employees at Corporate HQ vs. satellite locations for everything but pay. Expectation that because Monroe-area is poor everyone should be happy with making above the average wage in town. General attitude that everyone should just be happy to have a job. Expect to be bombarded with pro-Christian atmosphere at corporate, which includes praying by Leadership at company sponsored events. Middle management not at all in line with senior management or amongst themselves. Both often disconnected from reality due to poor communication throughout. Chaotic at times as work is dropped or moved between organizations. Significant red tape and politics since QWest onboarding. Lack of accountability for poor choices or follow thru for all. Excessive bean counting and alignment with Wall Street instead of making long term choices good for the business.

Pros

Medical Benefits are very good. Not a lot of micromanagement unless your leader doesnt understand the resources to pull this info. AI is highly encouraged, not required... which is a nice balance.

Cons

Random layoffs every couple months. Kate Johnson doesn't understand the importance of credibility in this space. Q1 customer meetings are majority introduction meetings due to constant account realignment. Leadership pretends to believe they know these are large enterprise accounts, but their actions reflect a transactional sales approach.
