      Benefits Around 5 hours of vacation time every 2 week pay period

      Cons

      Bad leadership Hard to get a raise Hard to move up Promotions are based off of who you know not your actual performance Extremely high, almost unattainable goals. Highest STI payout is impossible to reach They play favorites HR is a joke They are always hiring because they have a high burnout rate Base pay is less than a liveable wage Set you up for failure

      Pros

      Great company, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Management was pretty laid back but still expected results. This role was remote btw.

      Pros

      work life balance, excellent time off so long as manager doesn’t micromanage/track and limit FTO, nice people, leadership has turned the business around.

      Cons

      No pay raises even with great performance review (5years with zero raise) No career growth/progression - been on a high-performing team for 5 years and not one person on the team has been progressed or promoted during that time. Little opportunity for career advancement and growth New jobs within the company are going to external hires, not much grwoth for current employees
