      Pros

      good thing is bonus is not part of your ctc timings are not an issue facilities are good work life balance is good, infact no work load onsite is a big pus, if you are critical to your application

      Cons

      most of the project are legacy application and no learning at all no parties, no team outings hike is the major issue from past few years PROMOTION is big issue, there are many software engineer with 6+ years of experience

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
