Pros

Benefits... That is it. Other than that not a lot to say positive about the place. I got fired when on FMLA and my daughter got very ill.

Cons

they expect a lot even from the people that have worked there longest and have bad months here or there. They don't care... they'll fire ya! Not to mention they like to do the firing just before people have an anniversary

Remote work, good health insurance

Cons

Lots of RIFs, poor technical leadership in the highest levels, lots of wasted money and resources on third party vendors and contractors to just abandon those projects or vendors in short order. Poorly thought out data management decisions. Company is trying their hardest to look like a modern tech company with modern values, but most of it is virtue signaling.
