Pros
Good Telecom & Hosting Company undergoing a transformation into a Managed Cloud/IT Services Company. Great legacy employees and some decent hiring lately, especially in Government where I work. Starting pay is good, yearly increases not so much. Benefits are good. Overall, a lot of bright, diverse, friendly, hard-working people with whom I enjoy working.
Cons
Company is a little schizophrenic right now, still working through various acquisitions, factions, personalities and agendas. The acquisitions were good/strategic but results will take time to realize. Being in Sales can be rough. Sales reps work under a lot of pressure. As soon as you meet or exceed your numbers, quotas are drastically and unrealistically increased to make sure it doesn't happen two years in a row. This trickles down to the SE's as well. Also, Mgt often makes major decisions without consideration of Federal, especially as it relates to Products.
