Pros
The benefit of working for a big company is that there is a decent bit of infrastructure to support you. If you get a good manager, you will generally have a decent time. And in general they have a good working culture.
Cons
In my experience, if you are looking to expand your skillset this probably isn't the best place to do so. This was my first job, and while it did a good job at getting me some foundational knowledge in the industry, it definitely feels to have stagnated as of late.
