      Good variety of Products and Services. Much promise if they get it together.

      Cons

      Management is clueless. Reorgs and Layoffs happen every 6 mos. Getting paid commission is a nightmare. Get ready for abuse if you work at CTL.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Super unstable, coworkers getting laid off with no notice. Outsourcing jobs to India. The remaining employees expected to pick up the extra work.
