Pros

Management communication - regular company wide meetings to share information both good and bad. Additional team and one and one meetings held regularly to allow more specific information sharing and feedback. Benefits - Lumenate continues to add benefits - additional insurance offers, wellness/fitness plans, employee recognition programs, etc. Community involvement – yearly events to give back to the local community with projects are determined by each office to fit the community needs.

Cons

There was a flurry of acquisitions that meant a lot of groups that had different ideas were trying to figure out how to move forward. Most of that has been worked out but there are still some feelings of not knowing who everyone is and what their role is. However as the company continues to grow this is to be expected.

Pros

Lumenate supports its customers, employees and the community. Employees are encouraged to participate in company sponsored events such as feeding the homeless and serving the less fortunate. Lumenate also supports work/life balance while providing a challenging environment for professional self improvement.

Cons

Like many other growing organizations, Lumenate faces ongoing challenges as it improves. I appreciate management speaking openly about how our team can help make a difference as we move towards a better delivery model for our customers.
