Pros
Honestly, I have to say the people I worked with during my time at Lumenix were the best people I have ever worked with. There was a great pool of talent at Lumenix and everyone tried their best and worked very well together. I also gained valuable experience working at Lumenix, although it came with low pay and an overload of work.
Cons
I never intended on writing a review, I was happy to be gone and done with the company... then when I saw those farfetched 5 star reviews probably written by management and I felt compelled to say something. This company paid everyone the absolute minimum. Anyone who made "okay" wages had to fight tooth and nail to get there. Every raise I ever received was in the cents and when given the raise I remember being told that not only was it not up for discussion, but I should be thankful that I was even getting a raise as companies have no obligation to give them. There was never any reviews or communication on where to improve to get paid a fair wage and if you weren't very outspoken they would take full advantage and pay you as little as they could. Another issue we faced working here was the companies inability to pay the subtrades. I had multiple conversations with different trades in regards to overdue payments some of them in the tens of thousands of dollars. All I could do was tell management of these conversations and they didn't appear to care as this was an ongoing issue up until I left. To my knowledge it still continued once I was gone. The constraints that were faced from day to day were immense. It was nearly impossible at times to do our daily jobs because of them (no trades, no product, etc). I felt like I was just constantly lying to clients working here, it was depressing and immoral and eventually I couldn't take it anymore so I found a new job.
