      Flexibility and learning overshadowed by poor treatment

      Some flexibility in roles, you do a lot of things, lot of learning

      Cons

      I often think back after having left this firm: holy crap that was so insane and inappropriate how they treated employees. I was young and inexperienced when I joined and didn't realize I was being taken advantage of, underpayed, and overworked. Some of them treat employees like they're working in investment banking because of their own backgrounds.

      The people who are all in the same boat as you solidified through shared pain and disregard by management.

      Cons

      Management liked to throw their weight around and were constantly the bottlenecks for projects, leading to delayed decisions and reworked efforts for no reason. Micromanaging in areas they had no responsibility over.
