Avoid this company as long as the original C-suite is in place. You will not be trusted to do your work or lead your team. You will be micromanaged by C-suite members who think they are smarter and better than everyone. The CEO has created a culture of fear. The company has had a high number of leads and experienced engineers leave over the last few months for the same reasons. You will be underpaid, overworked and not be given the resources to be successful. Reviews on this site by “Executive” and “Process engineer” are essentially paid reviews to negate the bad ones.
