They work on headline-worthy projects across the Midwest and have an extremely competent staff. Pay is above average for many positions. Industry turn-over as the elder generation retires provides the most legitimate chance for advancement for many positions, if you are patient. Strong benefits. Office culture of being "the best". Cons
Awkward management structure between different branches in MN/WI causes power struggles and dysfunction. Old-school management mentality causes long hours and considerable stress to make things work that realistically don't work. On paper, they strive for improved safety but management does not seem to follow through on areas for improvement.
